Alabama Public Radio – Frankenmuth Dog Bowl hosts 13th annual festival

This high-energy event includes everything from canine fun runs to a pet parade to a costume contest.  The goal is to encourage responsible pet ownership with events that both people and their four-footed companions can enjoy!
